We are looking for someone to join our team who wants to learn residential maintenance. The person should be eager to learn how to do different repairs around the home. 

The job will include making repairs, installing fixtures and appliances, fixing electrical problems, and doing some plumbing work. They must be able to diagnose what is wrong quickly and make timely repairs. The ideal candidate also needs excellent customer service skills to interact with homeowners and tenants.

• Perform simple repairs on residential properties (including installation of appliances, small plumbing, and electrical systems)
• Perform interior improvements (including drywall, painting, and flooring)
• Exterior maintenance (including mowing grass, landscaping, and power washing)

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Valid state driver's license with insurance.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug tests.
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to the job is a plus.
• Experience is not required, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn are required.
• Must have the highest level of integrity and professionalism, understand you will represent the brand at our properties, and take pride and ownership in work responsibilities.
