Are you a hospitality professional with leadership skills who can help ensure our hotel guests have a memorable experience? You could be an excellent candidate for our next guest services manager. We need an enthusiastic manager to oversee our guest service operations, including creating a creative memorable experience for all of our guests. Our ideal candidate will have a prior hospitality background and a passion for creating creative memorable experiences.

• Address all guest complaints, concerns, or incidents in a polite, timely, and responsive manner
• Respond to all guest reviews on all websites. Follow up with guests via email/phone call about their experience at the resort. Create SOPs for review responses and share with all departments of the hotel
• Maintain a positive image around the property and be a role model to other departments for high levels of guest satisfaction
• Implement creative guest recovery strategies and creative moments for our guests to celebrate their vacation
• Create a memorable experience for each of our guests. This will include handing popsicles by the pool, coloring activities with kids, and creating ideas to enhance the efficiency and elevate the arrival experience

• 2 years of experience managing a team in a hospitality or customer service role
• Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED
• Hospitality experience of at least 3 years is required for this role
• Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
