Growth Support Specialist (flexible hours)

The Support Specialist will support the Growth Managers in a variety of ways that contribute to the future growth of the company. This person will establish relationships with qualified prospects- usually by way of cold calls- with the purpose of soliciting feedback, inviting them to events, or setting up appointments to meet with a growth manager. A variety of tasks might be expected in addition to phone work, including some administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and meetings.

Compensation: PLEASE NOTE: This job is NOT paid per hour. The compensation is paid per call with an additional bonus incentive. The compensation is based on experience and will be discussed during your interview with the hiring manager.

Schedule: Flexible, self-determined schedule, day shift, total hours may fluctuate week to week

Work Location/Environment: Work can be performed remote or at the Hunter Rowe office but should be in a quiet area with no background noise.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Support Specialists will contact high-producing real estate agents via phone with cold calls, delivering scripted dialogues in a way that establishes rapport with the agent.
  • Nurturing potential prospects through follow-up calls to set a time to meet a growth manager to learn more about us.
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining a record of the number of calls made each day with contacts, notes from calls, and ensuring information is successfully communicated to the appropriate growth manager.
  • Additional duties will include follow-up correspondence with agents, rescheduling appointments when necessary, training on new scripts as they change, and meeting regularly with the growth team.

Qualifications

  • A great Growth Support Specialist is able to establish relationships, strike up impromptu conversations in a way that engages, and both inform potential agents about who we are and why they would benefit from meeting us and learning more.
  • The company will provide a script and expect pretty adherence, but it is also necessary that the individual be skilled and confident in building rapport, which might mean carrying on an unrelated conversation or fielding personal and financial questions.
  • 1 year of inside sales experience would be beneficial and specific experience in real estate or recruiting would be ideal but not necessary.
  • Eager to work, not afraid to cold call
  • This candidate must be able to remain confident when rejected, be someone who can accept criticism, and who will deal effectively with high-stress situations
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Applicants must be tech-savvy and quick with learning a CRM system.
