Our fitness studio is thriving, and we are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic fitness instructor who can teach innovative and engaging classes to our members. You will be in charge of planning and leading fitness classes for a variety of different-sized groups of people. While we want our classes to be physically challenging, we also place an emphasis on safety and meeting our members' individual fitness levels. Responsibilities
- Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions
- Utilize social media and networking to promote classes, programs, and encourage new membership
- Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies
- Teach fitness classes to different-sized groups of fitness studio members and guests
Qualifications
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
- This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
- Currently certified as a fitness instructor
- Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
- Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
Compensation
$35,000
