We are a fast-paced Real Estate Company, continuing to grow in Western Oregon. We are looking to add another Graphic Designer to our Marketing Team. Our Marketing Team works closely with our Real Estate Agents and Administrative Staff to create social media, print, and marketing materials to advertise our agents, their listings, and our company. Our Team also assists with basic tech support questions and works together to solve tech issues. We also assist with Photography including headshots.

The proper candidate:

Would reside or be within commuting distance to our Oregon coast locations in Newport, OR, and Lincoln City, OR. This is Mandatory. This is not a remote position. You must be able to work in Lincoln City, OR at least twice weekly in person.

• Intermediate knowledge of social media platforms
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe suite- primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of Trello and Slack or similar task management and messaging software
• Intermediate knowledge of Mac and PC platforms
• Basic knowledge of iPhone and Android platforms
• Basic knowledge of cloud drive storage and file management
• Basic knowledge of photography
• Ability to work in a group and independently
• Ability to troubleshoot tech issues with research and help desk calls
• Willing to travel as requested, dependable transportation
• Reliable ability to be contacted, such as by cell phone
• A helpful demeanor, patience with various client tech understanding levels
