We are searching for an additional Graphic Designer to help support the growth of our marketing department and overall company. This position would include working alongside other graphic design specialists within our marketing department to help design and create custom-branded advertising and marketing materials for both our individual agent team members, as well as the overall company. • Design quality infographics, postcards, presentations, print material, email templates, and other web and print-based materials
• Handle day to day requests such as creating feature sheets, presentation binders, and area amenity booklets
• Photo Editing- Retouch, crop, and optimize images to maintain internal standards
• Seasonal promotions provide opportunities for hands-on arts and crafts style work
• Collaborate with our web development team and videographer on digital design and video projects. (No programming knowledge required)
• Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through revisions while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a marketing and graphic design role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CC)
• Familiarity with photo editing software such as Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Adaptable to change, open to new ideas, self-starter
• Comfortable collaborating with a team and open to creative suggestions
• Able to sit and type for extended periods of time
• Ability to use PC and Mac systems to perform daily tasks
• Well versed in proper grammar, word usage, punctuation, and typography
• Must be able to manage a number of projects with deadlines simultaneously and deliver work on time with careful attention to detail
• This is a full time, in-office position - applicants must be local
