The marketing specialist for the Cannon Team is an integral part of selling homes and branding The Cannon Team. From laying out our in-house magazine to creating individualized home pages, books, and flyers, our marketing specialist needs to be able to juggle multiple projects at once with accuracy and be ready to move quickly to changes to serve our clients.
- Layout and Design of The Corridor DFW Magazine (bimonthly)
- Draft mockups of website designs, brochures, iconography, and any other marketing materials required
- Creation and proofing of marketing content including: homebooks, flyers, individual home pages (google based/light HTML)
- Upload Videos to multiple service sites
- Direct Mail Design
- Initiating and tracking creative jobs in production, workflow
- Finalize and Review Home Listings on Listing Websites.
- Other duties as requested
- 2+ years’ experience in graphic design required i.e. InDesign, Photoshop
- Experience with packaging artwork/design and working with die lines
- Must be able to write descriptions of photos and other collateral for print
- 2+ years' experience on Microsoft Office and Google Suites (Excel. Word, Powerpoint, Publisher)
- Experience in CRM usage for task and automation of workflow
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Provide marketing support for the sales team (i.e. images, sell sheets, new product info);
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing program needs
- REMOTE EMPLOYEES: Must submit all work through TimeDoctor hourly tracking.
$15 - $17 hourly
