This opportunity with Great American Cookies provides a good balance of customer interactions, leading staff, production management, purchasing, and selling the very best products. Our managers are expected to be interactive with the customers and staff as well as keeping the store successful.

A strong candidate will provide high-energy (without Monster drinks) leadership with strong customer interactions. Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability of merchandise through inventory and staffing management
  • Maintain hiring strategy and staff performance
  • Train and provide a high level of customer service
  • Communicate effectively with staff and upper management
  • Handle multiple tasks at one point and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience. No experience in the food industry required
  • Able to manage schedules, inventory and resources
  • Proficient in recruiting, interviewing, training and onboarding
  • Basic math and money handling skills
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ready to work weekends and peak retail hours

Compensation

$40,000 - $50,000
