The General Manager is responsible for managing all day to day operations of the real estate office. Also, is responsible for the growth and profitability of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new and experienced sales associates to join the brokerage
  • Develop and maintain marketing systems and CRM of potential recruits
  • Plan and lead sales meetings
  • Plan and conduct existing agent training
  • Ensure all new associates experience an amazing on-boarding process
  • Help increase agent production
  • Lead and inspire staff
  • Drive brokerage initiative
  • Maintain pulse on P&L
  • Attend company and industry functions as representative of the company
