We are looking for a General Manager, Operations Manager or Integrator. The role of this position is to handle all of the daily integration of departments - Marketing, Acquisitions, Transactions, Finance and Field.
The general duty of this position is implementation of systems and creating accountability and incentives among our 9 employees. Also, to continue to drive efficiencies and sales to improve our bottom line. Responsible for reaching set goals and profits and holding weekly individual department meetings.
A portion of all profit generated is owed to the person in this position. This position allows me to focus on future direction, relationships, general mentality and goals. With several million dollars invested into our company, we have borrowing power of more than $10M. Compensation to start is $70,000 without commission to start. Starting with no profit commission and raising to 10% over the course of a year. In time I’m willing to give more profit split as the company runs more smoothly. This position has unlimited earning potential.
- Faithfully executes the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives.
- Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.
- Integrates all major operating functions of the business. Ensures everyone is rowing together in the same direction. Models the way, always working toward the greater good of the business.
- Resolves issues effectively—seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner. Ensures the leadership team is healthy, functional, and cohesive.
- Ensures that everyone is truly following, and adhering to, the company’s core processes and operating system with consistency. Demonstrates effective project management skills.
- Dependably demonstrates a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity.
- Effectively collaborates with the Visionary and stays on the same page. Maintains a high level of mutual respect with the Visionary. Realizes the unique contributions and ideas that the Visionary has, and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company. Confirms that all key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization. Inherently ensures that everyone is in the know. Verifies that a high level of effective communication exists throughout the organization.
- A general Real Estate Investing knowledge is necessary.
- Understanding the divisions in our company will allow you to improve current ideas and mentality.
- Divisions include Flips, Wholesaling, New construction, Rentals, Lending, Construction services, TurnKey rentals and Seller financing.
- Most important is possessing the natural qualities of a leader.
