We’re looking for an innovative and influential general manager who can help drive business growth in an entrepreneurial setting.

These leaders will describe themself as action-oriented, positive, and poised who can positively drive a culture of execution and results.

We are not looking for just any leader, but rather one who is motivated to excel beyond the possible. We need an ambitious, results-driven leader with outstanding business acumen and exemplary work ethic who takes pride in transforming the business and team to excellence. This leader must be able to identify and drive positive change throughout the organization. In addition, they must be logically measured and have a proven history of creating systems that drive business growth.

As the key leader, the General Manager will lead and manage the vision and drive the business forward. This leader will be a strategic planner with the ability to specify, strategize, and define opportunities as well as execute on those growth expansions. The Integrator will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to take advantage of significant growth opportunities within our market. The Integrator will improve efficiency, standardization, quality, and overall operational agility to ensure sustainable growth and stay ahead of the competition.

This leader is responsible for driving the operation’s strategic marketing and business initiatives, measuring effectiveness, and holding the teams accountable for success – which can be done with an approachable and engaging coaching style. Leading continuous growth year after year, through innovative solutions that are repeatable, scalable, and cost-effective. This Integrator will leverage human capital to achieve organizational goals and business strategies. Identify capital needs and perform ROI to ensure company growth. Identify talent capabilities and gaps while creating a consistent culture that attracts talent. Responsibilities

  • Execution - Join Intero Chiropractic’s leadership team and influence short and long-term goals and execution in our organization and on projects
  • Change Management - Use your expertise to develop processes, improve efficiencies, and develop people. The right person is driven, collaborative, and has a high sense of urgency to drive improvements and results
  • Leadership - Lead our organization of 15+ employees; focusing on development, retainment, and accountability
  • Culture - We know that our employees are the heart of our company. It is our mission is to create a culture where our employees love coming to work. This type of atmosphere allows our employees to work as a team, be passionate about helping our patients, and strive to be the best chiropractic clinic in the industry


Qualifications

  • Leadership and change management experience
  • Strategic planning
  • People and process innovation, design, and implementation through scale
  • Technologically savvy
  • Multi-site unit management experience is preferable
  • History of innovation with projects and processes.

Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
