We are currently seeking a General Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and help build our company's systems and processes. Reporting directly to the owner, the General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all company departments, including operations, sales, and customer service.   • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff management
  • Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity across all departments
  • Monitor and track results, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to the owner
  • Develop and manage an onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees
  • Serve as a key liaison between departments and provide regular updates to the owner
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Foster a positive and engaging company culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred (Equivalent experience is acceptable)
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small business setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective systems and processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the gate and lock industry a plus but not needed

$70,000 - $90,000 yearly
