This IRBY Warrior is responsible for growing and thriving the IRBY name in their assigned markets. The General Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of possibly multiple markets overseeing all staff, budgets, operations, and total revenue of their assigned market (s). Responsibilities include formulating growth strategy, constantly improving market performance and efficiency, managing people, establishing policies, and planning their workforce. IRBY’s success is based on the success of its people. We are proud to offer resources to our team. The General Manager will be supported by an assigned recruiter, a corporate training and retention program, executive business coach and consultant, and the Director of Sales serving as their safety net. 

This is full-time employment with health, dental, and vision insurance options.

Vacation time is flexible and based on performance. 

Total compensation includes a base salary + uncapped commission on the market(s) revenue


  • Set performance and revenue growth goals

$150,000+ Combination of Base Salary and Commission
