This is NOT your typical Real Estate Team, Stubbs & Bammer Luxury Group is looking for a General Manager to join this incredible team to drive growth while creating and implementing repeatable and scalable systems and processes. Stubbs & Bammer Luxury Group is one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in Orange County and has aspirations of becoming the largest team in Southern California. The right person for this role will be ready to jump into the challenge headfirst and grab the reins. There is enormous growth potential with this position and company. This position does NOT need to be licensed OR have Real Estate Experience, while both may be helpful, it is NOT necessary. While we do not currently have any medical benefits offered for this position, it is something we will be rolling out in 2022. There will be PTO for this position.

Responsibilities

Create and implement scalable and repeatable systems and processes for, Recruiting, Training and day-to-day operations

  • The business model is to quickly develop Agents so that they are able to get into the field and close deals as quickly as possible. Our model gives the agents a HIGH quality of life by allowing them to focus on what they WANT to do, sell homes
  • We've created a foundation that can generate a tremendous amount of leads/opportunities that is scalable. We're looking to scale lead flow and increase Agent count

Work side by side with management to Recruit and Retain as many agents as possible

  • Discovering best practices to recruit Agents that want to be high-producing that will outwork the competition.
  • Retaining agents by adding value through, coaching/mentorship, accountability, systems, and processes and converted leads

Run the day to day operations of the business

  • Our administrative staff consists of: Marketing Coordinator, Full-Time Videographer, Marketing Virtual Assistant - Transaction coordinator, Executive Virtual Assistant, Personal Assistant and two Inside Sales Associates
  • Manage all employees and maintain an incredibly productive and happy work environment

Create or develop reports to analyze with owners to increase business

  • Part of a growing company is trial and error; there are unlimited lead pillars/channels in real estate, we will test anything to gauge what should be expanded and what should be removed
  • Make decisions based on the data and feedback from Agents, Admin, and systems

Qualifications

Management Experience - Ability to manage a large and growing staff

  • Director of Operations or comparable executive-level management experience required
  • We are a very high-energy and competitive company with a team mindset. The different management styles of administrative staff vs. the Sales Agents

Leadership - Problem Solving and Collaboration

  • Finding potential issues before they become problems with little to no guidance
  • Seeing team members that are struggling and finding ways to help

Financial Analysis - Read the Data and Execute

  • Must have the ability to review data and build/compile reports and make decisions based on the information available
  • Train team members to use all systems properly so the correct data is always being captured

Real Estate Experience - Understanding the Business

  • While real estate experience is NOT required, an overall understanding of the industry will be helpful
  • The model of our business is not commonly practiced in residential real estate, we run this company more like a commercial real estate company than your traditional team

Compensation
$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
