We need a dedicated General Manager who has a reputation for growth and expansion. But remember, we’ve all got growing pains, so our General Manager has to be a bit of a Jack or Jill of all things business development. 

• Oversee daily operations of the company through the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the firm’s services
• Create and manage financial and resource budgets 
• Manage customer relations to ensure retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships
• Continuous improvement system to ensure efficient, effective, and safe work practices
• Ensure that business operations are efficient and effective, and resources are properly managed 
• Recruiting, hiring, firing, and retention of Team
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth utilizing KPIs to instill a system of accountability that meets the company’s culture for each team member
• Lead team to achieve maximum performance and dedication through ongoing coaching, proper communication, encouragement, team member feedback, performance reviews, and management system
• Communicate and instill the company’s Mission, Vision, and Culture so that it is inter-woven throughout the organization and infiltrates the employee’s actions
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Design and implement business strategies to maintain and grow the company's profits
• Receive and interpret daily/weekly management reports and provide details to President
• Coordination with peer leaders to plan, create strategies and execute the company's business goals
• Develop and execute an annual, 90-day plan and budget

• Must have experience leading and growing multi-million dollar organizations

• Operations degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced organizational skills
• Excellent written, oral, and client-facing communication skills
