The Radical
The Radical is Art in Progress. It is a Sensory Experience. It is an Unreal Escape. The opening General Manager for this destination will need to bring the wild irreverence to life that this property embodies - on the inside and out. The rooftop bar, the full-service restaurant, a street side cafe, and oh yea, a 70 room hotel as well will need a leader who is as dynamic as it is. Overseeing the Restaurant and Bars team, the Hotel team, and all the important roles that connect this Place to the People and the Community. You need to have extensive restaurant experience, strong rooms knowledge and progression, and at least 5 years of General Manager experience in a full-service property. Overall, we need an excellent collaborator and an even better connector to lead and guide the team through pre-opening and then as a new product in the Asheville market. Recruiting and hiring will be a large focus followed by diligent training and accountability to the highest standards.
