We are a full-service real estate team, looking for a reliable, Part Time/Occasional Labor/Driver to join our crew.
Our Team takes a hand's on approach to selling homes. Our Staging Team helps Home sellers maximize their home's appeal by thinning out existing furniture, bringing in furniture/artwork/accessories. We also assist clients by removal of any garbage, items for donation, or items to be placed in storage. Our labor team-members are expected to be respectful, punctual and possess a passion for helping people. Candidates must have a valid driver's license with more than 7 years of driving experience.
The hours in this role vary from 5-15 hours per week. When shifts are required, a message is sent out to our labor pool, and if a member is able to take the shift the hours are awarded. This role offers great flexibility and can complement other jobs or commitments.
- Assist Design Lead with staging - loading and unloading furniture, accessories, and artwork
- Assist clients with moving/rearranging furniture and other household items (as needed) at their homes
- Organize and maintain our furniture warehouse on an ongoing basis
- Assist in junk removal
- Driving our 16-foot cube van on a regular basis
- Assist in client/community events
- Any other tasks that may be required
- Lifting is required (up to 100 lbs), including heavy furniture, fragile/personal items, etc.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with good driving record and 7 years of driving experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a reliable team player
