• Remove debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean to meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment such as jackhammers, survey equipment, and forklifts as required
• Comply with all instructions given by the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately
• Load, unload, and transfer tools and building materials such as lumber, tile, saws, sheetrock, grout, etc.

• Physical stamina and physical strength are needed
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required - Trade certification, associate’s degree, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred
• Solid mechanical skills are needed, as are good eye-hand coordination and depth perception
• Possess a valid drivers license
• Able to work in inclement weather like extreme temperatures, rain, etc.

We specialize in commercial and residential construction and perform the following scopes of work: Selective demolition, framing, drywall, acoustical ceiling, misc. carpentry, toilet accessories and misc. general trades work.
