  • Ensure all records are ready for monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Manage all business account reconciliation to ensure every transaction is accounted for
  • Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses
  • Stay on top of any needed collections and make sure our bills are paid on time
  • Complete other accounting tasks as needed to assist the real estate team
  • Able to write to and speak with vendors and clients effectively
  • Familiar with GAAP
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks
  • Real estate industry experience is highly valued
