Due to expansion, we are searching for a talented and experienced person to join the Granite Perfection team. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy “to-do lists”. This person has a strong desire for perfection and must consider themselves an organized person. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for maintaining accuracy and flow in the Accounting and Compliance operations.

Compensation:

• $60,000 base salary 
• Health Insurance
• 2 Weeks PTO
• Growth Potential

This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Timely collection and execution of purchasing, payables, and expenses.
• Fully compliant with all insurance, licensing, and certification requirements
• Managing invoicing, change orders, and voucher control
• Tracking receivables and collections
• Tracking and auditing recurring expenses and company credit card 
• Punctual and accurate processing of payroll, payroll taxes, and benefits execution

• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Proficient in accounting software and file management.
• Proficient in purchasing and payroll processes and associated tools.
• Persistent and tactful collection of receivables and required documents from the team.
• Very strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to complete lists provided by the project manager.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to take ownership of your work product and consistently deliver results in a face-paced work environment.
