Growing Busy Real Estate Office looking for an experienced, detail oriented bookkeeper.


Responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Payables
  • Billing
  • Ensure that receivables are collected promptly and assist with collection efforts
  • Record deposits in Quickbooks and also deposit into bank account
  • Maintain detail records of our Trust Account
  • Prepare commission reports
  • Cut all commission checks
  • Report all transactions to corporate
  • Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company’s financial statements
  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
  • Assist agents as needed
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

  • Quickbooks Experience a must
  • MS Office Experience a must
  • Real Estate Experience a plus

$40,000+ depending on experience
