Looking for a motivated Front Office Manager to join our team! Office experience is preferred, as this is a fast-paced job. Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel is a plus. Organizational skills are a must to keep on top of daily tasks. We are looking for someone friendly, you will be the first face and/or voice our customers see.
This job entails answering phones and directing the calls to the appropriate agents in the office. You will also greet potential buyers and make them feel comfortable and confident in choosing our company. Key responsibilities are responding to emails in a timely matter, completing daily tasks assigned, organizing folios, and billing.
Previous office management experience is preferred, customer service experience is a must!
