To be considered for the front desk manager position, you must thrive in an organized environment and have a love for systems and procedures. You must be a team player and enjoy developing relationships with others while still holding your patients accountable for scheduling. “a” players only, please.

• Greet patients as they walk through the door with a SMILE
• Keep track of Missed, Cancelled, and New Patient Appointments
• Confirms New Patient Appointments for the following day with the lead tracker
• Enter New Patient demographics into our Eclipse software
• Update our Patient Production Log daily
• Maintains an organized area
• Ensure travel cards are filled out with necessary information
• New patient letters are printed, signed by a doctor, and mailed to the patient
• Create New Patient welcome bags
• Make copies for new patient files and create new patient files weekly
• Prepare superbills and paperwork for the following day
• Answer multiple phone lines
• Communicate with the Providers and CMA's
• Scan and fax correspondence from the assigned provider
• Follow up with patients and keep track of the MIA list daily
• Follow the directions of your supervising manager
• Prepare medical records when needed
• MUST be able to work full time
• MUST love to work in a fast-paced environment

Our office provides a team approach for treating musculoskeletal complaints. Any candidate for this position will be a contributing member of this team consisting of an NP, Chiropractor, an Acupuncturist, and an Occupational Therapist.
