The part-time Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact with all clients and ensures our business runs efficiently during evenings and weekends. You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow team members, answer phone calls and emails, aid agents with paperwork, and assist us with other operations as needed. Job seekers should have superb organizational skills and love talking to people. 

This is an individual who is thoughtful, superbly organized, and is optimistic and outgoing. You have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, you are committed to doing the right thing. The ideal candidate will have office experience, as a front desk receptionist or administrative assistant and excellent multitasking and communication skills. Must have a valid MN driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Knowledge of Real Estate is not required but it is certainly helpful. 


  • Managing the front desk phone, and coordinate all incoming calls - communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
  • Managing YouMail and any texts or messages left there
  • Preparing MKT conference room for new and potential clients (loading powerpoint with client names, getting buyer pathways on the table, etc.)
  • Round-robin incoming leads that are outside of Boomtown (walkins, calls, website signups, ads, DriveBuyTech inquiries, etc.)
  • Greet folks as they walk in and assist with any needs, or connect with an appropriate party/agent
  • Book calls and conference rooms
  • Responsible for putting out and taking in sandwich boards
  • Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
  • Answer emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
  • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
  • Restock all office supplies, and tidy the front office area to ensure its pristine for visitors


  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
  • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

$15 hourly
