We are looking for a Front Desk Assistant to serve as our guests' first point of contact. I am looking for the right person that is friendly at first sight and has great customer service skills. In-person and phone skills.

Front Desk responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, checking them in, and making sure the office is clean. Helping the Office Manager with any tasks that need to be done. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the chiropractic field or medical office, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable chiropractic visit for our patients.

  • We are open Monday-Friday, The office hours are 7-5. Shifts are 7-4 or 8-5
  • We do not offer health care benefits

Responsibilities

  • Perform all check-ins
  • Manage phone appointments
  • Schedule appointments
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival
  • Respond to clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all rooms are clean and tidy and the office is presentable for the patients
  • Maintain Inventory of supplements

Qualifications

  • Work Experience as a Receptionist or similar role
  • Experience with computers, spreadsheets, and phone system
  • Customer Service Attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prompt and efficient and able to multi-task
  • Dedicated to their job
  • Able to take direction and complete the task in a timely manner
  • Health Care Background and/or Natural Medicine Experience and/or fitness

Compensation
$14 - $17 hourly
About Chiropractic Office

Our office is an established office of over 15 years. We are continuing to grow and bringing in new patients and services. We offer chiropractic, massages and holistic healing with a wide range of natural supplements in the office. We offer concierge services and a variety of other services that keep getting added and growing. The person that is brought into our office has to be able to adjust to the fast pace of the office and find things to keep busy when we have down time. We are a great small office to work for with a wide range of clientele. Hoping to find that special person to grow with us.
