We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused front desk assistant to join our team. You’ll welcome patients, direct the flow of the office, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every patient. Responsibilities

  • Mitigate customer complaints as needed
  • Communicate with all of the staff to make sure everything is timely and prepared
  • Consult with patients to convey the value of our care
  • Greet, check-in, and check-out guests when they arrive and leave the office
  • Take incoming calls
  • Process paperwork, scheduling/rescheduling patients

Qualifications

  • High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent 
  • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
  • 1+ year of front desk or heavy customer interaction job preferred

Compensation
$18 - $20 hourly
