Front Desk Supervisor - The Freepoint Hotel


Are you a hospitality professional with leadership skills who can help ensure our busy hotel guests have a memorable experience? Responsibilities
  • Utilize up-selling strategies to promote hotel services and amenities to boost occupancy and profitability in the hotel
  • Ensure consistent standards of guest satisfaction by managing the whole front office operations of the hotel
  • Respond to all guests' requests, problems, complaints, and accidents in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner
  • Develop short term and long term financial and operational plans for the guest service department which relate to the overall objectives of the hotel
  • Monitor the customer service standards and performance of front-office team members while also hiring, training, and emphasizing teamwork
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role in hospitality or customer service capacity
  • Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Hospitality experience of at least 3 years is required for this role
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
  • Showcase exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skills
