From the moment you enter the studio doors, throughout each studio climb until the minute you leave, we deliver a positive, safe, and unparalleled experience. Our members and guests are our top priority, and we are seeking to build a team who aligns with these beliefs. 

We are seeking to hire a Front Desk Specialist/Sales Associate for 30-40 hours per week at our Cherry Creek North location. Qualified candidates will have superior customer service skills, a drive to exceed sales expectations and have a passion for fitness. Successful candidates will be outgoing, willing to effectively communicate our specials and offers, and be great team players. A high level of customer engagement will be expected. 


  • Assisting members with customer service solutions
  • Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients and members
  • Keeping the studio clean and tidy at all times
  • Executing solutions in a timely manner
  • Attend weekly activities/ events
  • Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls


  • Sales experience
  • A liking for Customer Service 
  • MBO (Mind Body Online) experience preferred
  • Fitness enthusiast and/or background preferred
  • Availability for Weekend Shifts 
  • Functional computer skills required
  • Enthusiastic and cheerful disposition
