Advancement has created an opening for our Front Desk Receptionist position. The successful candidate will be the front-line face and voice of the firm and possess outstanding people skills; has a pleasant “smiling” telephone voice; has excellent time and organizational management, and computer skills; is a master at multi-tasking, and has an outgoing, servant-style, warm and embracing personality.
Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome clients, guests, vendors and people who visit us. You will also be cross trained and work alongside our Seminole Title Company’s receptionist and provide backup phone support; coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
To be successful in this role, you should have a high-energy personality with a natural desire to serve with outstanding customer service. Our Receptionist should be able to quickly and swiftly route all phone calls to the appropriate employee. You should also be able to follow instructions, be upbeat and cheerful as you answer phone calls with a smile. This role also requires someone who can multi-task and has experience with data input and is comfortable with technology.
