We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, setting up new files, ordering searches, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities
  • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
  • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
Qualifications
  • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Compensation
$12 - $15 hourly
