TOP PRODUCING, WELL-ESTABLISHED, RE/MAX® REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE seeks a part-time Mon-Fri 20 hours per week Front Desk Receptionist to assist our leadership team in the daily office operations. Our office environment is high-energy, fun, positive, and business casual. We offer bonus pay when you help us reach milestones!

We need someone dedicated to supporting company growth by creating an environment of responsiveness and caring for our agents, clients, business associates, and community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and an exceptional phone manner.

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Must be computer savvy.

This critical position requires someone who can be flexible in working in the office during times of multiple distractions, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others, and shares our belief that people come first.   • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
  • Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
  • Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
  • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.

  • Make Appointments for Agents and Guests while maintaining an up to date calendar

  • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
  • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
$14.50 - $16.50 hourly
