Keller Williams is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator (aka Director of Communications or DOC) in Kinnelon, NJ!

This is a full-time position with an opportunity for growth within our busy and growing real estate office!

This position provides support to the Team Leader, Market Center Administrator, and Market Center agents. The DOC is the first point of contact when you enter the office. A successful candidate will have a cheerful, professional demeanor and will have an "It's my pleasure" and “can do” attitude.

This position also entails a self-starter with strong computer, organizational and administrative skills. This position also oversees the office technology, communication systems, and social media accounts coordinates new agent training, as well as assists in the organization of special events for the market center. Additional duties include: answering telephones, greeting clients, maintaining office appearance, managing MLS systems, and assisting the brokerage with file compliance.


  • Create a first-class experience for all associates, prospects, and visitors
  • Answer phone and greet everyone with ENTHUSIASM, warmth and friendliness - always positive and cheerful
  • Properly route phone calls
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Create office marketing materials for events
  • Embrace social media and proprietary technology
  • Assist with coordinating and set up of all company events and meetings
  • Maintain appearance of all common areas including reception area, kitchen, training rooms, computer room and conference rooms
  • Tour office first thing and last thing each day to ensure all is in order
  • Assist management team with office cleaning personnel, ordering building/office repairs and office supplies
  • Help to share Market Center value story
  • Communicate daily with Team Leader, MCA, sales associates, vendors


  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Ability to focus, remain calm under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to be a team player who enjoys working with and assisting others
  • Ability to create social media content and maintain our social media accounts on a daily basis
  • Competence with computers, faxes, email, multiple line phone systems, and the Internet
  • Great phone skills and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to perform multiple projects
  • Take-charge attitude and self-starter
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment
  • Motivation to be punctual, hardworking, and dependable
