Keller Williams is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator (aka Director of Communications or DOC) in Kinnelon, NJ!

This position provides support to the Team Leader, Market Center Administrator, and Market Center agents. The DOC is the first point of contact when you enter the office. A successful candidate will have a cheerful, professional demeanor and will have an "It's my pleasure" and “can do” attitude.
This position also entails a self-starter with strong computer, organizational and administrative skills. This position also oversees the office technology, communication systems, and social media accounts coordinates new agent training, as well as assists in the organization of special events for the market center. Additional duties include: answering telephones, greeting clients, maintaining office appearance, managing MLS systems, and assisting the brokerage with file compliance.
