We are looking for a great multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist Team Members and all visitors to the Office by handling general office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in the office
  • Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party.
  • Maintain Company websites and database
  • Edit /Print flyers
  • Create client presentation folders for Agents
  • Assist in online marketing ads and mailers
  • Assisting in various daily operations
Qualifications
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Compensation
$9 - $10 hourly
