You’ll welcome residents and fellow employees, answer and log phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, and assist us with other operations as needed. - Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
- Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
- Make sure that the front of the office and kitchen are clean and professional in appearance at all times
- Monitor office supply inventory
- Data entry in our PM and Security Software systems
- Providing general clerical and administrative support for company operations as needed
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Very detailed oriented, extremely organized and motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Ability to assist Management with additional tasks when needed
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
$12 - $14 hourly
