Franchise Sales Specialist/Director of Business Development
Your appointments will be set for you! There is no prospecting involved with this position! We are looking for an outgoing, Franchise Sales Specialist “Director of Business Development” to help us expand our company nationwide! As a Director of Business Development, you will be performing in-person presentations to franchise prospects during “Discovery Day” meetings and performing all necessary follow-ups to sell franchises.
Prior to coming in and meeting with you, a Zoom meeting will have taken place between the prospect and one of our Zoom Specialists “Zoomer”. This will act as a preview and lead-in for the Discovery Day meetings. Part of your role may involve doing Zoom meetings to book Discovery Days, however, your primary purpose will be to host the in-person meetings and perform the necessary follow-up.
You will be provided with a presentation to follow and a significant amount of training to ensure that you are completely comfortable with the presentation and follow-up procedures. You must have a “closers” mentality!
This is a full-time position. Outside real estate sales are not permitted. Real estate knowledge is a plus but not a requirement. If you are currently holding a real estate license, a requirement will be to associate it with a Sellstate brokerage if it is not already.

- Present the Sellstate model during Discovery Days
- Continuous follow-up until the prospect buys a franchise
- Maintain a database of prospective and past leads in a CRM
- Have proven experience in sales and a willingness to perform relentless follow-ups on a continuous basis
- Possess a professional and courteous disposition
- Have the ability to work independently
- Superb communication skills, as well as interpersonal and time management skills
- Experience using CRM software
- Comfortable using apps and online tools while listening, responding, and inputting data into a CRM
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (i.e Excel, Word)
- You are authentic, trustworthy, and committed to excellence
- Have a positive attitude and be tenacious
- Basic knowledge of Real Estate is a plus but not a requirement
