So who are we?

We’re the world’s largest third-party government registration firm. From start to finish, we help businesses get set-up and succeed in the federal marketplace. We manage accounts, assist with set-asides (minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses), and provide bid training for our clients.

When it comes to working with the government or contracting in general, there are two sides to the table. There is the vendor and there is the buyer. To further help our clients succeed, we want the perspective of someone who has been on that other side of the table.

This job offer is open-ended. As mentioned before, we’re looking for individuals who can either commit to full-time or part-time work. Here at USFCR, you will be giving a hand in proposal writing, provide consulting, or simply get interviewed to provide information for content. It all depends on how you’re looking to contribute. We want to talk to you.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has federal procurement experience. However, we’re open to those who have worked in the private sector, military, and local government (state, county, city, etc.).

Compensation is $400 per project.

  • Provide consulting for USFCR clients.
  • Assist in proposal writing.
  • Give information/get interviewed for content development. 

This role is flexible and responsibilities may change depending on if you're searching for full-time or part-time work. 


  • Do you have at least 10 years of experience as a Purchasing or Procurement Agent.
  • Highly knowledgeable in proposal writing.
  • Having an industry-specific niche, while being able to help in a broader scope.
  • Base knowledge in conferencing software. (GoToMeeting is a bonus).
  • Huge plus – If you’ve worked for the federal government.
  • High school diploma.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Strong computer and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products and CRM solutions, including
  • Demonstrated previous history of strong achievement and self-motivation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong sense of self-management and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate accountability, integrity, speed, performance, passion, and teamwork.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize.
  • Ability to speak English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
