Phillips & Company is a high energy, productivity-driven Real Estate Sales Team, and we are looking for someone who loves talking to people and nurturing prospects until they are ready to buy and then helping them find that perfect home. This person develops rapport immediately and deepens the relationship with each interaction and call.

This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting leads into appointments through personalized follow-up, setting appointments and helping people find and buy homes. This person is highly organized and can create and maintain systems to keep the plates spinning.

This individual will take ownership of their prospects, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. Most of the leads are buying or selling in 90 days to 1 year -- so they need to be nurtured and become a friend, until they are ready to buy or sell. You will record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to old and new customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads.

This job will require a mental toughness and drive to succeed at a high level!

Responsibilities

  • Nurturing old and new leads until they are ready to buy or sell a home.
  • Follow an action plan to keep in contact with prospects.
  • Calling prospects all day, every day.
  • Organizational skills required with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and work independently.
  • Have the ability to handle shifting priorities.
  • Show properties and sell them to prospects.
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.

Compensation
$60,000+ at plan (Commission only)
