We are seeking a talented and outgoing Follow-Up Specialist to join our team in Richfield, Ohio! We are committed to providing the absolute best training so that you can not only get paid a salary but a commission as well! 

The position is to follow up and convert quality leads into profitable transactions through tactical negotiations, relationship/rapport building, and proper evaluations of property/seller needs. Must be comfortable using our CRM daily to manage & update the pipeline! 

We are looking for someone ambitious that is coachable, hardworking, & honest. Someone enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and customers with the ability to connect with a variety of personalities! While experience in sales is preferred, you do not need to have a sales background but must be willing to learn and be comfortable in this field! Responsibilities

  • Follow-up and respond to all sales leads generated in our system to increase sales
  • Use the CRM daily to manage and update the pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner
  • Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales
  • Act as lead contact for all sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
  • Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
  • Ability to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate specific systems/ technologies
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have and maintain our current marketplace position
  • Attend business meetings and training as required
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School diploma and/or Associate's Degree
  • Previous call center experience in a sales environment is preferred
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone 
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines and drive multiple tasks to completion successfully
  • Outstanding written, grammar, and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends
  • Negative pre-employment drug screen and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Limited travel as required

Compensation
$60,000 - $90,000 At Plan (Base + Commission)
