We’re seeking a Sales Representative/Manager to identify new target members to achieve membership sales goals. The ideal candidate is a customer-oriented sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. As a Sales Representative/Manager of the studio, the candidate must be a brand ambassador and uphold the same values and expectations representative of our VIP experience.
Compensation:
- Commission-based
- Identify and pursue sales leads and prospective new members and move them through the sales process from qualification to close stages
- Initiate outgoing cold calling, emailing, and texting to potential customers, schedule first-time rides if needed, and follow up until prospect is sold or no longer interested
- Strategically engage in marketing efforts to generate leads for the studio
- New member acquisition and converting non-members to membership
- Collaborate with Studio Owner to set monthly, weekly, and daily targets
- Meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
- 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
- Confident in generating personal sales
- Ability to drive the membership revenue stream
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email/text
- Exceptional negotiating, presentation, and persuasion skills
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
