- Assist at our front desk by greeting everyone that comes in, answering phones, and talking to members
- Build the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and exceptional customer service to maintain long-term customers
- Supervise and manage studio-wide and external promotion campaigns
- Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully to address them through excellent customer service
- Acquire leads by contacting, messaging, or emailing new potential members by engaging with them at local events or studio walk-ins
- Create and nurture long-term relationships with clients
- This person needs to be an excellent communicator
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) are needed
- Preferred candidates will have 1 or more years of experience in sales or a similar related role
- Strong communication skills

Our facility has private studios where it's just you and your trainer. No waiting for equipment or having to wipe down sweaty machines. It's all programmed just for YOU. There is no intimidation. We are all a family of trainers and nutritionists here.
