First Impressions Coordinator (On-Site)

Responsibilities

  • The role is On-Site in Uptown, Minneapolis MN 55408
  • Office management and oversight
  • Answer phones and provide various enthusiastic greetings, such as “It’s a great day at Keller Williams; how may I help you?”
  • Office and agent email communication
  • Use and manage multiple spreadsheets
  • Maintain lobby environment and mood
  • Maintain meeting rooms, office kitchen, and the sweet, sweet coffee supply!
  • Inventory management
  • Updating office roster and centralized phone system
  • Develop new systems and processes for office success
  • Sort and distribute mail daily
  • Various other tasks, determined as needed and carried out with genuine enjoyment
  • Available for some weekend hours

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills

  • 6+ months of office experience and/or administrative support
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft and Google Suite (all social media knowledge is a plus)
  • Hospitality-minded and accommodating
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment
  • High interpersonal communication skills
  • The desire to grow and be part of a highly-productive team
  • Possesses a learning-based personality and growth mindset

Compensation
$18 - $20 hourly
