Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Achieving or exceeding monthly sales goals
• Building long-lasting relationships with clients
• Providing memorable and authentic customer service
• Managing inventory and repairs
• Custom Jewelry and special orders
• Marketing and Social media skills a plus
• Assisting teammates and management as needed

• Experience and skills in selling luxury items is preferred but not required

Overstreet’s Jewelry is a family-owned business that began when Ralph and Belle Overstreet came to Arkansas in November 1948 to attend the wedding of her younger sister. Ralph found a watch repair shop on the Bentonville square that was for sale and bought it on the spot. They then moved “back home” and stayed to build their business.
