Our Financial Services firm is looking for an experienced insurance recruiter to help us with our hiring needs and find the right people to continue to grow and expand. You’ll network with up-and-coming Financial Services professionals, identify top talent, and recruit them to our firm before the competition. Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and additional skills testing as needed
  • Establish a success-driven, company-wide recruiting process that will attract top talent to our insurance firm
  • Manage job postings for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media
  • Evaluate all applications for positions and note those with the right skills and experience for further review
  • Facilitate salary and benefit package discussions as needed

  • Keep good working relationships with local college campus career services

Qualifications
  • Ability to write and edit clear, engaging job descriptions
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process
  • Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred
  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required (experience being 1-3 years of applicable recruiting experience)

Compensation
$35,000-$40,000
