Our nationwide organization consists of industry experts in financial, estate, business, insurance and succession planning. We are currently seeking managers to become part of our Fast Track Partner program. We are interviewing for leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become a Partner in our Maine General Office. In the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll start as an agent, financial services professional or financial adviser to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner. 

In the Associate Partner role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, selecting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, which is an intensive, six-month program that will prime you for success in management.

Our extensive three-year curriculum, through NYLIC University, is accredited by the American College and Harvard Business School.   • FINRA Series 24 Financial Principals supervise hiring, licensing, training, development, and compliance
  • Training agents to demystify financial topics, and assemble uncommon financial strategies
  • Assisting agents in client meetings deliver tax-efficient solutions, lean financial organization, insurance optimization, tax avoidance, and estate conservation strategies
  • Track and document the development and progression of agents though NYLIC University


  • Coachable and willing to work in a teaming culture of mentorship and shared success
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial and desires a high income based on office and team performance
  • MBA within the past 3 years and/or sales management experience
  • Insurance or financial services sales management may qualify for direct appointment into a Partner or management role
  • FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66, 24 preferred
