We are seeking an individual we can train to manage all the retirement planning leads and assist in converting them to scheduled appointment for the Senior Adviser. We are receiving 120 - 250 retirement planning opportunities per month which need to be managed. These leads are primarily from retirement workshops which the prospect had registered for to learn how to best transition into retirement. Basically we seek an internal partner who is proactive in lead follow-up and who has the organizational skills to manage lead flow.
$45,000 - $80,000 includes base/revenue based commissions

Our client base is built through retirement workshops hosted by us directly. Our goal is to educate the client of their options as they transition into retirement and put a suitable plan together that's tailored to them. We are currently an office of three individuals with a sales revenue of exceeding $18,000,000 annually. We hope to increase this revenue substantially in 2020.
