Responsibilities
  • Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary
  • Handle risk management and liability regarding payments of future benefits and maximize profit for the branch by analyzing actuary data and strategically setting premiums
  • Assure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims
  • Oversee the financial performance of the branch office to ensure we’re meeting sales targets
  • Hire, train, develop, and manage life insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of the standard types of life insurance and insurance plans, including term life, whole life, universal life, variable life, variable universal life, simplified issue life, guaranteed issue life, final expense, and group life, current life insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations
  • Great interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills

  • Sales experience preferred
  • Enterprising mindset
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Desire to help others
  • Business Minded
  • Perseverance in the face of a challenge
  • Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts
  • Series 6 or 7 and 63 are required within the first 6 months. Will pay for exams and study materials
  • Life and health insurance license. Will pay for exams if you don’t have them
  • PERFORMANCE CONTRACT, BASED ON COMMISSIONS
