Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial - Melton District is the third largest fraternal financial services organization in the nation. We exist for the benefit of our nearly 730,000 members and more than 1,000 representatives and embody the spirit of giving back to the communities we live in and serve since 1883.

We are looking for individuals who believe in the whole approach to financial planning. Our representatives create financial plans for every step of our member's journey beginning with asset management and protection through life insurance to estate and retirement planning and distribution.

What you can expect to do as a Financial Planning Representative
After obtaining your life and securities licenses, for which all curriculum is company paid, you will use your expertise to help clients. You will meet with clients to provide guidance and recommendations through our state-of-the-art tools.

This position allows you to design your schedule, so you can be home for the moments that matter most.

Compensation: $75,000 commission average (varies with skills, experience & location)

  • Determine each client’s financial status to provide strategic recommendations for products, plans, investments, and other methods to help clients achieve their financial goals
  • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our financial products via referrals
  • Customize financial plans for each client based on their evolving financial needs
  • Remain updated about financial industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to provide continued excellent service and remain in mind should clients have new financial needs
  • Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic and integrity
  • Openness to learning about the financial industry and our various products and offerings
  • Should have the ability to market yourself and network with potential clients

  • Applicants must exhibit honesty and integrity in all dealings
