Innovative Mortgage Alliance, LLC is seeking an experienced Financial Controller who can execute against our existing financial policies and practices, adapt or modify where appropriate to meet or exceed our institutional financial goals. Collaborate with brokers, partners, processors and executives to accomplish assigned objectives and tasks.

The successful candidate will work at the direction of the executive team to:

• Oversee payable's, departmental budgets, and other balance sheet activities
• Administer weekly commission disbursement
• Monitor institutional funding activities
• Maintain state licensing and lender records
• Perform general accounting activities as assigned or delegated

• The Controller will have 3+ years of business accounting experience, exposure to mortgage lending is desired
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus
• Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel), accounting software, Bills.com, etc.
• Extraordinary attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
