• Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
• Seek, identify, and approach new prospects continuously and establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
• Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations

• FINRA Series 7 and 66, is required within 6 months of hire
• Provide all aspects of financial planning
• Define your target markets and learn how to brand your business
• Network and connect with experienced professionals

• Proven success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is essential
• Exemplary communication skills, math skills, relationship skills, and customer service skills are vital
• Computer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is vital

• LAH, Series 6,7 must be obtained within six months of hire
• Bachelor's degree
