- Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals
- Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
- Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
- Sell used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards
- Sell products including GAP and warranty to maximize profits
- Must at able to use CRM/DMS system
- At least 2 years of Finance experience in the automotive industry. (Required)
- Meet monthly forecast for finance and insurance income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of dealership F&I procedures
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process
- Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Be a part of a growing company
$80,000 - $180,000 yearly
